Positive Attitude

Coaches, board members and volunteers are expected to have a positive attitude at events. These children look up to us...we lead by example.

Encouragement

These kids are learning how to play. Not all kids are gifted with natural athletic abilities. It's our responsibility to help them grow and promote their successes, both big and small.

Sportsmanship

Every coach, board member and volunteer is expected to show respect to all players, coaches, umpires and parents at all times.

Respect

All parents/guardians, players and spectators are expected to treat everyone with respect. Coaches and umpires are doing their best and are volunteering their time for the good of the kids...let's not lose sight of that.

Practice

Spend 15 to 20 minutes a day with your child and practice (pitch and catch is perfect)! Our coaches do everything they can during team practices but a little bit goes a long way.

Get Involved

There are always opportunities to help out and develop the organization. It takes a village. Whether it's picking up trash or helping to plan events we all benefit from the help of our community.
